(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South LA) said after watching Governor Jerry Brown’s State of the State Address that he’s proud to be a Californian. Shortly after the Governor delivered his remarks to a joint session of the California State Legislature, Assemblymember Jones-Sawyer said, “He talked about how we need to totally reform the criminal justice system so it’s more into rehabilitation.
