- Go to lc.ca.gov/Advocates
- Click yes or no for "Are you a registered lobbyist?"
- If no, click yes or no on "Do you represent an organization?"
- If no, click "Proceed"
- Enter your first and last name, email address, and security question-and-answer
- Click "Register"
- Continue the instructions to enter your Position Letter Portal
- Search for “AB 295”
- Select “Support” for your stance
- Please fill out one of our pre-written letters (download below) if you are supporting as a student or on behalf of one. And copy and paste your completed letter into the “Enter your Stance” section.
