(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South LA) and the State Assembly have confirmed Governor Jerry Brown’s state Attorney General nominee Xavier Becerra. Assemblymember Jones-Sawyer said – after the special committee he co-chaired questioned Congressman Becerra - they found, “He has the courage, the valor, the grit and fortitude, as well as the qualifications necessary to be the legal voice of every Californian.
