Assistance will be provided for criminal record expungement and felony reductions under Propositions 47 and 64. Also, there will be free live scans for criminal record clearing. - Shoplifting $950 or less;
- Forgery in the amount of $950 or less;
- Passing bad checks $950 or less;
- Grand theft $950 or less;
- Receiving stolen property $950 or less;
- Possession of a controlled substance;
- Marijuana sales; or
- Marijuana possession
