College & Career Fair Writing Contest

The 57th Assembly District College & Career Fair Writing Contest seeks to give 57th District High School Seniors an opportunity to compete for a merit-based scholarship while also assisting students in refining their mandatory college application personal insight questions, a key part of the UC application processes.

A panel of judges will select the scholarship recipients based on a scoring of the submitted personal insight questions.

Rules & Eligibility: High school seniors who attend a school within the 57th District or live within the 57th District and are scheduled to graduate in Spring 2023 are eligible to compete. Winners will receive $1,000 scholarships. Deadline for submissions is August 25, 2022.
